Greetings, my name is Shawn Fitch and I'm here because of my passion for health & fitness. 2021 marks my 25th year as a Professional Trainer. I have worked in corporate, community, and private fitness settings.

I have led a team of over 200 personal trainers, trained over 1500 clients, and have competed in Powerlifting & Natural Bodybuilding. I'm a former U.S. Marine and have taken my "attention to detail" and brought it with me as a Professional Trainer & Business owner.

I'm certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer, Corepower certified for Yoga, Spencer Institute Certified as a Sports Hypnotist, and I'm CPR/AED certified. I value our clients' health & fitness needs with the utmost respect and I look forward to hearing yours.
